We’ve stayed here since COVID, and it’s one of our favorite hotels in Jhansi. The spacious rooms and washrooms, ambience, common areas, and housekeeping staff all stand out, and the cleanliness is great. Their restaurant “Lazeez” is outstanding. The food is absolutely amazing, especially the non-vegetarian dinner. It’s “THE Best Non-Vegetarian restaurant” in all of Jhansi, and their mutton biryani is a “MUST TRY”. Definitely a recommended hotel.

The hotel is in the heart of the city, and the rooms are nice and clean. The food is very nice too. They offer free car cleaning for guests, and that was the service I loved most. Highly recommended.

The food costs too much for the small quantity, and they have a 10:00 am checkout time that isn’t posted at reception or mentioned at check-in. In the morning, staff called and asked me to leave in a way that made me feel like a borrower. The staff were ill mannered. If you’re newly married and don’t have a registered marriage, they’ll humiliate you in front of other guests at reception. The way they ask for proof of marriage is very witty and gives the place a shady hotel vibe. I had a really bad experience and wouldn’t recommend it.

I stayed at Jhansi hotel for one day on an official trip and had a very good experience. The food quality was good and the hotel ambience was nice. The room prices were affordable, and the staff were cooperative and professional.

The staff were courteous and helpful, and we had a comfortable stay at this Jhansi hotel. Being right on the main road also made getting there easy.
