Rooms were unclean, and they still weren't cleaned after we asked. Even getting water took more than an hour. Service was the worst, while the management was just okay.

The lift was the most dangerous part of the stay. Its door sensors weren't working, so people had to keep a finger on the button to stop the doors closing as they got in. One person in our group got hurt. There were also bedbugs on the beds. The Google room photos looked very different from reality. Rooms were poorly maintained, dusty, and suffocating with the doors shut. The small ones felt like prison cells; the larger ones just had more space and extra furniture. That furniture was unusable, covered in old dust and bugs. The sheets were old, dusty, ripped, and full of holes. When we asked for a clean one, staff said, “There'd be no benefit for us in that.” The slightly larger rooms cost ₹1950 but weren't worth even ₹800. The switches were broken, the fan regulator didn't work, and the taps, shower, and hand shower all leaked. The room had a manual window AC with no remote, controlled by a switch outside. After just a few minutes of use, staff switched it off from outside without telling us. Basic amenities were missing, too. The towels were old and torn, and despite asking multiple times for replacements, we never got any. At night, a worker at reception was arguing with his girlfriend. When we asked for towels, he yelled at us. We couldn't wait any longer, so we sat at reception and asked while waiting. Instead of helping, he told us to leave and shouted at a senior member of our group. He even threatened us, saying, “You leave, otherwise I'll see what happens.”

The staff were helpful, especially Siddharth. The room is affordable.

The location is the only plus. Service and ambiance were both 0/10, and the room was 1/10. It's an old hotel with manual window AC units that are very noisy. They don't provide packed drinking water. They have RO water, but you need your own bottle; otherwise, they'll give it to you in used water bottles. No towels, soap, or shampoo are provided, so bring those yourself. The intercom doesn't work either, which means going downstairs each time you need something.
