Hotel ShriRam Residency

We had to call them 100 times for everything, and the staff still weren't attentive. Even though our package included the food and everything, they kept asking, “Do you want food? How much? What kind?” The location isn't good either. Please think carefully before using this hotel. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎.

We arrived on the night of 10th Feb , 2025 while travelling from udaipur to jodhpur, but there was no hot water for bathing and the service was very poor. Dinner was so spicy that we could only manage rotis with butter and sugar, since the Sabri was too hot. It was my first time having such a spicy Dal fry side dish with jeera rice. We asked for breakfast at 8 30 am the next day: 2 Aloo paratha , 1 upma, 1 poha and 2 chai. Only the poha and upma arrived, at 9 15am. We waited until 9 30, then were told to wait until 10am when I asked. It was already getting sunny, so we checked out at 9 40 am. PLEASE DONT GO HERE. NOT EVEN ONE NIGHT STAY IS WORTH HERE.

Once you're inside, the place feels homely. The staff are helpful and cooperative, and both the rooms and bathroom are well maintained. There's a geyser, so even in winter you shouldn't have a hot water problem. The location is only average. Hope this helps with your upcoming vacation 😉

The sheets and blankets were dirty. Worst hotel.
