The breakfast was very, very delicious, and I liked the service. My room was good too. I had a very good experience here, and it seems like a great hotel for holidays.

My parents, who are senior citizens, stayed for three days, then checked out a day early to go to Ranakpur. They returned the next day with their luggage and had a few hours to wait before their train left Jodhpur. While they were sitting in the lobby, the staff invited them to rest in one of the rooms and sent tea up to them. My father told me about it over the phone. They did all of this without charging anything and without asking for reviews or likes. It was such a kind gesture, and a lovely example of Atithi Devo Bhav. The staff were wonderful. Experiences like this really lift your spirits. Thank you!

Beware of theft and of bad reviews being deleted. During the 2-day MBM 40+5 yrs get-together on 17, 18 th December, I had a very bad experience. The food had few healthy options, although it was entirely Jodhpuri style, and there was no balcony access. Management was biased and wouldn't listen. Mr. Shobha Ram, Mr. Kan Singh, and a lady supervisor entered my room with a toilet cleaner for housekeeping. My gold ring and money went missing from my purse. They left a tissue in the purse, with the broken ring inside and an impression of the ring as proof for us. They said the security head would take charge of finding the ring among the staff. There is footage of the housekeeping team entering to clean the room around 4.12 pm, and the broken ring was kept in the tissue in front of hotel catering staff. I believe they were all involved, but the GM and senior managers aren't willing to listen.

The staff were very helpful, and the rooms were spacious and clean. There’s a lovely garden and swimming pool, and the vegetarian food is excellent.
