The location is great, close to the RTO Office and Paota C Road.

8/10
The manager and staff were really helpful, quickly bringing whatever we asked for. The rooms are spacious and well kept, the bathroom was clean, and overall cleanliness was good. There’s no lift, and the hotel is a little outside the main city, but the distance is manageable. Food was just okay, though the tea was good. Parking is available for cars. Good value for money, and I’d recommend it.

2/10
Very bad experience. Staff behaviour was very poor, and the room service was third class. The room and food were very cheap. They force customers to leave a review. The room isn’t worth more than 500.

The Royal Pala Palace seems more geared toward events than business travelers who need comfort and convenience. It’s in a residential area, with no reliable local transport nearby, so guests have to walk 500 meters to the main road for a ride. The air conditioning is unreliable, and the rooms are uncomfortable.

The owner and staff were warm and welcoming, and the hotel had a homey feel. The rooms were clean, big, and beautiful, the food was tasty, and the arts and crafts in the hotel were lovely. Pal palace gives you a chance to experience authentic India, though it’s only 7 km from Jodhpur. It’s traditional and authentic, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Raghuwanshi
