The Rohet House

The gardens are well cared for, the rooms smell of plants, and thoughtful details run through the property, right down to the dining set. It’s an impeccable, stylish place, and I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Jodhpur. The staff were amazing, especially Praduman Singh and Ashok, who took care of everything we needed. I also got to visit two other Rohet properties. One has an ancestral, old-world charm. The other is a newer, luxurious hideaway, pin-drop quiet except for birds chirping, with secluded nooks and spacious private areas featuring either a small pool or hot tub. It may not be for everyone, but everyone should experience it at least once.

Such a beautiful, peaceful place, with hand-painted walls. The people working here were incredibly gracious, especially Omji, who ran the dining services. I had a glass of wine by the bonfire in garden.

The morning walk with Pradyuman was the highlight of our stay. He took us to secret spots and gave us food to taste during the tour. We felt right at home, and can’t wait to come back. We stayed in a suite at the Rohet House. It was very spacious, and room service was impeccable. The property is compact and beautiful, and everyone at the hotel was kind, polite and made us feel very welcome. The service was beyond exceptional.

I’d been thinking about visiting Rohet properties for years, and I’m so glad I finally went. It’s a lovely boutique hotel with beautifully done rooms. Om ji was humble and helpful, and deserves special thanks. I’m looking forward to going to mihirgarh soon. Must go!
