The convenient location made it easy to explore Jodhpur, and Shrawan Charan deserves special thanks for his support and hospitality. He made a lovely stay even better. My room was clean, comfortable and well cared for. The staff were polite and helpful, and service ran smoothly throughout my stay at The Shanti – A Boutique Hotel, Jodhpur. Highly recommended.

Mr Pankaj Mehta ji, the owner of Hotel Shanti, deserves a special thank you. The whole visit was a pleasant one, and I’d happily stay again. The staff were welcoming, polite and always ready to help. My room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the food had a good variety and tasted delicious. The service was excellent too. Highly recommended.

We had two rooms, including one for my elderly parents, and the staff made sure everyone was comfortable and looked after. When there was a bathroom problem, they dealt with it quickly. The owner also came by personally to check that we were all right. We had to leave for the airport before breakfast service began, so they packed breakfast for us. That was much appreciated. They really understand good service. We’ll likely stay here on our next trip.

The location is handy, right by the highway, and the rooms are decent. I stayed for two days without any other issues. I’d recommend the hotel, though I found it a bit overpriced, perhaps because of when I booked. The shower door leaves part of the area open, so water can get onto the slippery floor. That could be dangerous and needs fixing soon. Parking could also be better. I had to leave my Superbike beside the road. They offered a space inside by the ground-floor coffee shop, but it felt much the same to me. At reception they advertised 20% off vouchers for customers who gave five stars. I didn’t ask for one because I wanted to share an honest review. I also noticed a supervisor, or possibly the owner, urging the restaurant staff to get everything arranged perfectly. The staff seemed unhappy about being pushed, though the people handling the restaurant were professional and doing their best.
