The owner made a real impression on me. She’s a 65-year-old lady, and her dedication, work ethic, and welcoming manner made everyone feel at home. I stayed here for a month with my team of 43, and the staff were friendly and cooperative throughout. The facilities were top-notch, too, and the stay was comfortable and hassle-free. I’d recommend the hotel, and I wish the owner and the ⭐⭐⭐Earl Grey⭐⭐⭐ team all the best and continued success.

The room was in bad shape, and the shower didn’t work. There was no service, and the price was far too high for rooms like these.

The staff, especially the manager, made the hospitality stand out. I felt at home here, and it was my best experience in assam. A very good hotel.

The restaurant was open, but nobody was there to take an order. If there’s no staff available, they should close it. Leaving customers waiting like that feels like a cheap joke, and it shows no respect for their time. Extremely poor management.
