Hotel O Iskcon Temple Navasari

We'd booked three rooms through Agoda, but when we got to the hotel at night, they said they weren't affiliated with Agoda and had no booking from us. Agoda customer care said the hotel manager wasn't answering their calls. After losing an hour and traveling all day, we were exhausted, so we cancelled through Agoda and booked directly with the hotel. I think they didn't like the rates we'd booked through Agoda and were pushing me to cancel that reservation. Can't trust these people. Don't book here.

Avoid Hotel O Navasari Bus Terminal by Jayshankar. The owner or manager was very unprofessional and openly treated guests who booked through sites like Agoda differently. I was told that because I'd booked through Agoda, I wouldn't get proper service or even a bill. The room had no intercom or doorbell, and the geyser didn't work. When I complained, they said it would be fixed whenever a "service boy" showed up. They seem uninterested in making improvements and stuck in an old-fashioned way of doing business.

The hotel accepted my Onion booking, but reception asked me to pay extra after handing over the room key. Very poor staff and hotel quality.

From the outside it looked rather abandoned, but the place turned out well. It's a banquet hall with some rooms attached, and the rooms were huge and very clean. There's ample parking too. The owner seemed like a good person, polite and helpful even over the phone, and the staff were cooperative. They responded well when I booked by phone as well.
