The room was in terrible shape: stained walls, rusty and broken bathroom fittings, a faucet pipe too short to reach the commode, and torn bedsheets. The lobby was filthy and smelled bad, with guests' food leftovers left outside and not cleared by the conservancy staff. We had to stop overnight, and the app's presentable photos didn't match what we found. It said parking was available, but we were told that was only for two-wheelers and we'd have to leave our car on the road. The app also listed a lift and Wi-Fi, but we heard from guests that the lift had been out of order for a week. There was no Wi-Fi for guests, though I was told I could use the staff connection at reception. In crude terms, I'd call it a Chaddar badli Hotel, judging by the kind of guests arriving with their faces covered.

The supervisor, durga prasad, demanded extra money from couples. In front of me, he was asking for 2,900 rupees per day, and I argued with him too. Management should look into this worst fellow supervisor durga prasad.

The rooms weren't worth the money, and with the amenities not working, it felt wasted. The bed wasn't proper and made a very pathetic noise, like sleeping right on springs. In the end, it was a waste of money.

It was just okay, not a good hotel. It seems meant only for couples using OYO. What the online listing showed didn't match reality, and basic amenities were missing.

The rooms looked hygienic in the photos, but when I got there I was shocked by how dirty and awful the room was. No TV, no room service, and the toilets were really ugly and in terrible condition. A waste of money, easily the worst rooms in whole kakinada. Avoid booking these rooms.
