Paradigm Sarovar Portico - A Sarovar Hotel

At Paradigm Sarovar Portico, Kakinada, the rooms were spacious, clean, and well kept, and the hotel had a calm, pleasant feel. It was also convenient for getting around the city. Devi and Sushil were polite and helpful throughout, and the service was prompt. Devi knew the food menu well and was especially nice. I had a very comfortable stay and would recommend the hotel for business or leisure.

The staff were courteous and helpful, the service was top-notch, and the breakfast had a delicious range of choices. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location is especially convenient, close to Kakinada Railway Station, the beach, and Coringa Wildlife Sanctuary, with a busy market road right there for shopping. There’s no pool or kids’ play area. I understand space is limited in such a busy spot, but a small circular lawn could add charm. A terrace pool, indoor games area, and terrace dining space could also improve the guest experience and bring in more visitors. It’s a good five-star stay, and those additions could make it a seven-star stay. My rating: 4.1/5.

The food was good, service was quick, and the hospitality was lovely. I especially want to thank Ms. Yamuna. She was attentive, courteous, and soft-spoken, and her sweet, positive manner made us feel welcome and comfortable.

At Sarovar Portico, we had a fine dining experience, with appealing food and plenty of cuisines to choose from, both à la carte and buffet. The staff hospitality and service were outstanding. Uma and Ashish looked after us so well. Thanks for a wonderful time.
