At SVN Grand, Kakinada, check-in was smooth and the service was satisfactory. The hotel is centrally located and easy to reach. My room was comfortable and clean, the staff were helpful and courteous, and the food was good. A good option for business or family stays, recommended.

We went to the hotel for lunch with family last week and ordered North Indian food along with an Odia Thali Platter. I found the platter’s side dishes healthy for the summer, with less oil, spice, and masala. I’ll surely recommend it to friends and relatives.

Rakesh and Raju at reception were especially helpful, quick, and professional. The room service team was courteous too, and everything arrived on time. I had a comfortable, satisfying stay at SVN Grand Hotel, and would recommend it to anyone coming to Kakinada.

Dear Team, At Mirchi Restaurant in SVN Grand Hotel, the soup and chicken tikka we ordered were disappointing. The tikka tasted stale, as though it had been reheated from the day before. That left me concerned about food freshness, hygiene, and safety, and fell short of what I expect from a reputed place. Please look into what happened, tighten the kitchen's quality checks, and take steps to prevent this from happening again. I hope you use this feedback to improve the food and service. Regards,
Kiran R.

We stayed from Jan 5 to Jan 7, and the hotel was clean with helpful staff. Breakfast, which was included, was pretty good. It's centrally placed, with Kakinada Main Street easy to reach, so we'd definitely consider staying here on another visit.
