I found hair all over the bed, both women's and men's, along with dirty stains and a bad smell. Some of the stains might have been sex stains. When I opened the window for fresh air, I found a condom beyond it. I asked for clean sheets and a pillow, but they didn't change them. I couldn't sleep properly and had a difficult night. The sweepers were arrogant and rude. Please take this feedback positively. It could help fix mistakes and improve the hotel and its reputation.

The rooms were dirty, with sticky floors and poor housekeeping, and staff offered no real help even after I reported the problems several times. I was shifted three times, and every room had serious issues: no hot water, frequent power cuts from electrical problems, and a toilet flush that didn't work. This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. The service, cleanliness, and maintenance fell far short of what a guest should expect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes immediate improvements.

There's a good view from the third floor, especially of the temple, and the room was good too. They also have a desk for people traveling on business. I'd recommend staying upstairs for the view.

The rooms are laid out well, but they're kept in such poor condition that the stay can feel awful. There were lots of mosquitoes buzzing around in the room and making it hard to sleep. The front desk was sometimes unattended during lunch and other breaks, so we had to wait for staff to come back. Arka hotel is affordable and its central spot in kakinada city is a real plus, though the service wasn't particularly good.
