Abaam Hotel

It’s quiet and away from the city bustle, but the rooms are cramped. Several things didn’t work right, including the air conditioning and the do not disturb switch, and the power tripped at night.

The staff and management made this a miserable stay for my girlfriend and me. They were repeatedly rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, and my girlfriend had an especially awful time dealing with them. We felt like a nuisance whenever we asked for anything, which made the place feel hostile instead of welcoming. We also couldn’t get comfortable in the room. Between that and the way we were treated, we were constantly on edge and couldn’t relax. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. Management needs to train staff in basic customer service and decency. I wouldn’t spend money here, and would tell anyone seeking a comfortable stay with respectful staff to book elsewhere.

After waiting out a three-hour bus delay late at night, my wife and I were tired and worried about finding somewhere safe and clean. We found this hotel and had dinner at its restaurant, where the food and warm welcome helped us relax and recover. We spent about two hours there. The peaceful atmosphere, premium-feeling service, and the staff’s kindness and professionalism really stood out. We left in a much better mood and felt refreshed enough to continue our journey. Thank you for the excellent service and food. I hope every guest continues to receive this level of care.

The room was good, but it didn’t have a ceiling fan. I had some health issues and asked for a pedestal fan, but they didn’t have one available either.
