I’m not asking for a refund, you can keep the payment. I just hope no other guest has to deal with this. We booked through Agoda, but the guest count was accidentally entered as one instead of two, even though we’re a couple. Agoda told us to contact the hotel. I was willing to pay the extra charge to change the booking, but the receptionist was rude, dismissive, and uncooperative, and made no effort to sort it out. This was a disappointing, unprofessional experience. I urge management to take it seriously and make sure front desk staff receive proper training and are held accountable.

For a one-night stay, I found the hotel comfortable and easy to use. It’s conveniently located near restaurants and transport. My room was clean, well maintained, and had the basic amenities I needed for a short visit. Staff were courteous and responsive, and check-in and checkout were smooth. I’d recommend it for a pleasant, hassle-free stay, for business or leisure.

The taps and pipes in the bathroom weren’t properly maintained. There’s also a bar attached to the building, which may not suit families coming just for accommodation, especially those with kids. Staff need to learn more about hospitality if the plan is to offer accommodation long term. I wouldn’t recommend it for families.
