Clarion Hotel Khayal Kochi, Infopark

The rooftop infinity pool was a lovely spot to relax after meetings or sightseeing, and having a spa and gym on site was a nice extra. Breakfast had plenty of fresh choices, while the multi-cuisine restaurant served satisfying food with attentive, friendly staff. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with useful touches like free Wi-Fi, a minibar, tea and coffee makers, and blackout curtains. The beds were comfortable, and the room was very well kept. Getting around Kakkanad was convenient, especially with Infopark nearby. Check-in was easy, and reception staff were welcoming and professional. I found Clarion Hotel Khayal Kochi, Infopark a pleasant choice for a business trip, holiday, or a bit of both. It balances modern comforts, helpful service, and good amenities for the price. I’d gladly return on a future trip to Kochi and recommend it for a short break or a stay with family.

The check-in staff were fantastic. They had everything sorted very quickly without me needing to explain anything. The new hotel is in a good spot in infopark, the rooms are spacious and have balconies, and breakfast was decent. The light switches are in an odd place behind the pillows, where you’d expect the headboard to be, and the gym is quite small. Checking out was unpleasant. I hadn’t taken anything from the minibar, but they said soft drinks were missing from the fridge. Maybe they hadn’t stocked it in the first place. That left a bad taste at the end.

The room was clean and hygienic, and I had a lovely stay. The staff were polite and very helpful, especially the front office team. Salvia, Anna, and Laphane were all so courteous.

Lapz, Anu, Salvia, Anna, and Thelma were all helpful. I really enjoyed staying here, with a lovely room ambience and good food. I’d definitely recommend a stay.
