I felt unsafe in the room, especially for women, and didn't like its atmosphere. The mattress and pillows were dirty and smelled, and the rooms weren't clean. The route to the rooms was also dirty, with alcohol bottles and cigarettes around. There's no lift, so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and housekeeping looked after them well. The staff were helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. They went out of their way to assist us, which made the stay enjoyable.

The only good things were the Android TV and internet. There's no parking or lift, and the place looks more like an apartment than a hotel. The rooms weren't good, and I've had a bad experience with Oyo lately. They charge more at check-in. I got the online booking price only after complaining through MakeMyTrip. Go for it only if you can get it for ₹600-₹800.

I stayed one night on a business trip to CSEZ Cochin, and this was a very bad place. The AC and geyser weren't working, the rooms smelled, and there was no ventilation on one side. The bedsheets were dirty, the fan was covered in dust, and the bathroom door had no latch. It's on the third floor with no elevator. There is no zero-star option, or I'd have given that.
2/10
I lost money and time here, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. If you've paid online, it feels like you'll be cheated: they argue over silly reasons, and the service attitude is very bad. The manager's behavior wasn't customer friendly, and I even questioned whether the place was legitimate.
