Pleasant Inn

Getting around from here was easy, and I'd happily stay again when I'm back in town. The owner greeted us warmly as soon as we arrived. Our room had more space than I expected, the bed was really comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless with everything working properly. We had a great stay.

The room was untidy, and there was no hot water. The bedsheet was old and torn, too. When my son was sick and vomited on it, I asked for a clean replacement, but the owner told me to wash the soiled one myself because nobody at the hotel would do it. I found that response appalling, and the owner's arrogant manner made the situation worse. I've never had such a negative experience in hospitality before, where customers are usually treated with respect. I would never recommend this hotel.

The staff were cooperative, and the rooms were clean and looked after. A really lovely experience, definitely worth a visit. The atmosphere was pleasant.

The hotel's location worked well for me. It was in a quiet, safe area, with popular attractions within walking distance and shops, cafes, and restaurants around the charming neighborhood. When I had a minor issue with my room, the team dealt with it promptly and came up with a solution that was better than I expected. I was impressed by how immaculate and neat the property was, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The front desk was especially helpful with suggestions for local attractions and places to eat. They did a lot to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. It exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to returning. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere clean, comfortable, and supportive.
