OYO 24810 Silver Crescent

We booked a deluxe room through MMT for about Rs. 1,200 on a deal. The listed base prices were Rs. 2,500 for deluxe and Rs. 1,800 for standard. When we arrived, the lady owner refused to let us check in at the rate we'd paid and demanded more money. She'd been rude from the start, and when we called MMT, they spoke to her but she still wouldn't let us in. The room was also listed through OYO, and apparently the OYO server was down that day. MMT refunded us and gave us a Rs. 500 travel voucher valid for a year. I've booked Rs. 4,000 rooms for Rs. 1,200 in deals before, and no other hotel has refused check-in. I don't know what she was thinking. The hotel wasn't extravagant, just below normal, and from outside it looked like a haunted house. She didn't even call ahead to say she wouldn't give us the room. I think she's new to business and doesn't know how to run it. No words can describe how rude, mean, and disgusting she was. I'd give zero stars if I could. Be careful booking online. I've asked MMT and OYO to remove the hotel from their listings.

The staff were good, and I got a shared balcony view. The hotel itself is clean and nice, but the rooms were smaller than I expected. At ₹1800 a night, I don't think the room was worth the price.

The hotel is in a congested area and looks abandoned from the outside. I booked a room through MMT for Rs 1200, but was disappointed when I arrived. They demanded more money and wouldn't let us check in. Speaking with the owner didn't help, she kept shouting at us. A terrible experience. Be careful, as they'll blame you for not calling them before booking online.

There's no drinking water provided and no room service. Housekeeping isn't done every day, and no hotel staff stay on the premises at night. Even if there's an emergency, the owner doesn't answer calls at night.
