Hotel Prem Ji

The rooms could use some work, but the staff made us feel welcome. It was quiet enough to sleep well, and Pandit ji dosa next door was convenient when we wanted food or a snack. With the quality and rude service at other nearby hotels in mind, I’d stay here again.

There’s no reason to stay here. The room was in very poor condition, and the staff’s behavior wasn’t good either. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

Hotel Prem Ji made for a very nice stay, and I’d definitely come back. The staff treated us well, were cooperative, and brought us what we needed. Our room was clean and well maintained, with all the important things available. The facilities were good, and the Wi-Fi stayed fast throughout the day. The food was great and gave us a homely feeling.

They charged 400 rupees extra for AC, but it wasn’t working, and even the fan didn’t work properly. When we complained, the owner said, “It’s running, ACs just work like this, you don’t know.” The temperature wouldn’t go below 38, so how was the room supposed to get cool? They told us that was just how their AC worked. The owner was very rude, and the staff had no manners when speaking to us. There weren’t any facilities, not even utensils for eating.
