The room service and ambience were good, but booking through Oyo was a problem. I paid around 1551 INR for an AC deluxe room listed at 999 for single sharing, then the receptionist asked for another 1200 at check-in, saying Oyo had not paid the hotel for the past three months. Oyo customer care put me through to a service manager, who offered another property about 4-5 km away. It was already 9:45 pm and, being new to the city, I took the risk and paid the hotel. I wouldn't book this place through Oyo.

A complete waste of time and money, with a terrible welcome. The hotel is listed on OYO, but when I went there they denied being tied up with OYO. If the arrangement has ended, both sides should remove the listing. The receptionist also said they would refuse check-in and not give us a room even if we had booked through OYO. I would give it zero or a negative rating if that were possible.

Best suited to unmarried couples, in my view, but not families. The rooms are okay, just don't expect too much.
