The two rooms we booked were super clean, so after a slightly delayed check-in while a few other guests were still staying, the wait felt worthwhile. Hot water was available 24 hours. There are good Veg & Non Veg restaurants within walking distance, and the narrow road is still manageable for large vehicles. It's a lovely stretch for photography, and if you walk farther uphill in the early morning, you can catch a nice view. Keep the doors shut after sunset to help prevent mosquitoes coming in. For the price compared with other hotels or home stays, this was a worthy bet.

We had a nice stay with plenty of privacy and a beautiful frontage. But we couldn't get hot water at all. Oyo had described the room as an AC room, and there was no AC. When we asked the owner, he said that was Oyo's marketing strategy to attract customers, and that there was no AC.

The rooms and washrooms were clean, and it was a good stay in the city center. There were vegetarian restaurants nearby too. The problems were the many mosquitoes and the lack of room service.
