The rooms were spacious, excellent, and had an incredible view. That's the main reason I'd come back, though I wouldn't expect hotel-level service. The guest manager was handling everything alone, and service could have been better. Breakfast was disappointing: on day one we had to leave at 8:30, but the place they get breakfast from opened late, so we got vegetable sandwiches and tea. The next day we chose both dosa and poori bhaji for our two rooms, but were given different reasons why they couldn't provide both. There were no toiletries in the bathrooms. The hotel has no restaurant, and there weren't any nearby either, so we had food delivered through Swiggy and Zomato.

Getting checked in was smooth, and the location is very accessible, but there are serious hygiene problems. The toilet leaked onto the bathroom floor every time it was flushed, and black mold covered the bathroom walls. In this cold weather, coffee would have been better served in a flask instead of an open mug. I also felt they weren't putting enough effort into making the stay comfortable.

It's a quiet spot away from town where you can enjoy the view and hear the birds. The location was lovely, with an especially beautiful view at the back. Our room was clean and neat, and we had no issues during the stay. The bathroom had hot water and enough space for a family or a couple.

We spent four nights here in two clean, spacious rooms, both with balconies and lovely views. The location is central for visiting the tourist attractions, and the front desk was always available and helpful. When we arrived near the property at around 11 on a rainy night, the manager came to pick us up. He also dropped us at the bus stand after our stay. We had a wonderful, family-friendly visit and would recommend it for a comfortable, hassle-free stay.
