I haven't booked or stayed here. This hotel is in my locality, and I called to ask about room rates and availability because my apartment was overcrowded for a family gathering. A male staff member gave me the details, then, on hearing that it could be a single accommodation for a woman, made a comment in a strange tone that indirectly questioned or hurt a woman's dignity. They later tried to manage the situation by calling it protocol. Still, a woman's sixth sense can tell when her dignity is being questioned. They really need to learn hospitality management. An illiterate staff member is enough to tarnish an establishment's reputation!

I went to my niece's pre-wedding ceremony. The rooms were spacious, had all the necessary amenities, and were great. The ambience was superb, and although the space was a tad small, it was perfect for a small family gathering.

A very bad experience. They don't understand hotel hospitality or management, and my whole family was completely dissatisfied. Price:

Staff were considerate about accommodating requests and helpful, though you'll need to get your room cleaned before 3 PM since they aren't available after that. Breakfast comes to the room from a fixed menu, with no buffet. It was an okay experience and a comfortable stay.

The rooms were decent enough, but I was disappointed there wasn't a restaurant on site. When I booked over the phone, I was told breakfast was included. What arrived in the room was a very basic spread: toast, butter, tea, or puri bhaji. For what I paid, that was a significant letdown. If you want more amenities and a more satisfying breakfast, I'd look at other options.
