We had a terrible experience and I’d never recommend this place. When we asked for a room around 2 a.m., the servant showed it to us, then started moving the tables rudely and was completely uncooperative. The owner was extremely rude too. When we mentioned the servant’s behavior, he told us, “Get out if you don’t want the room.” He was the worst person we met in Kerala. One of the worst residencies in Kerala.

The price wasn’t worth it. They didn’t give us a single bottle of water, and when I asked for one, they demanded payment. They also offered no help carrying luggage. The staff were really rude and unhelpful. I’ve never seen this kind of irresponsible behavior from a hotel before. Worst hotel near chottanikara temple.

The one advantage was being near the temple. The photos online weren’t what we saw there, and the staff were rude, including a guy I think was the owner. When I asked to extend my booking by a few hours, they demanded payment for another full day because the room was already reserved for someone else, or said I had to vacate. They’re humble only until you pre-book a room. Don’t choose this hotel. There are many better ones nearby. Not even worth 1⭐. Worst experience ever.

The toilet was a shocking part of the stay: the bathroom pipe was open, and earthworms were coming into the toilet seat and dropping into the bucket with the water. The room wasn’t cleaned properly either. I was totally disgusted by the experience. Don’t go to this hotel. This is a genuine review.
