The food I ordered for my main course arrived spoiled and smelled bad. Staff treated me poorly, and the hotel feels far below what the price suggests. They should either charge 1000 for a room or provide the amenities and service that match their rates.

I paid ₹3200 a night at a place calling itself 4-star, so I expected much better. In reality it didn't come close to 2-star. During my three-day stay in Dec25, the washrooms were dirty, faucets and fittings were broken, including the jet spray, shower, bathroom locks and hangers, and room service was slow. Breakfast choices were limited, and the staff seemed unprofessional.

The rooms were good, and the service was good too. I'd suggest visiting.

We arrived with a Shih Tzu puppy under two months old and a three-month-old kitten, then found out pets weren't allowed. There was no notice of that rule on the website, at the entrance, or anywhere else. When we tried to discuss it, staff were rude and told us to leave if we had a problem. They wouldn't let us speak with the manager, despite our repeated requests, even though he was on the property. One staff member said, insultingly, that we should leave both pets outside in the garden and eat comfortably, adding that they weren't responsible for anything that happened to them. This was deeply disappointing and completely unacceptable. If you have pets or expect basic decency, I strongly advise against staying here.
