Hotel Sia Luxury Resort

For our travel agency, this has been a dependable hotel partner. The rooms were clean and well maintained, staff were polite and cooperative, guest handling went smoothly, and check-in and checkout were easy. All commitments were met on time. Support for guests has been timely, and coordination with our agency was smooth. Service speed could be improved a little, and faster service would make the experience even better. A good option for leisure and group bookings, and we look forward to continuing the relationship.

We visited with family and friends in the first week of Dec. The ambience was good, and staff service was good too. After the desert safari, they welcomed us nicely in the evening, but the snacks were just cabbage bhajji and papad. Music stopped at 10 pm. Morning snacks were good, while lunch wasn't: everything was oily and a few dishes weren't served. We paid 4000 rs for each tent, and after seeing them, found they were offering non AC tents. It took a lot of arguing before they finally gave us the tent.

Feedback on Sia Resort is mixed. Many guests enjoy the peaceful, green setting, friendly and helpful staff, and delicious food, especially seafood, with good quality and portions. People also appreciate that it's pet-friendly, and mention the friendly lab, Sheru. Some guests, though, have had a less enjoyable stay, citing poor service, unhelpful staff, and extra charges for services. Others describe limited breakfast choices or food that didn't meet expectations. Access can be difficult because the resort is remote and the approach roads are narrow, especially at night. Guests have also reported non-working lifts, limited amenities, small rooms needing repairs, and intercoms that don't work. The evening show at this beautiful property was lovely, with talented artists. We had a wonderful stay and felt welcome and comfortable throughout. A special thank you to BARKAT ALI JI ,BHEEM JI and the front desk team for arranging our activities so quickly. Housekeeping kept our room spotless, and the breakfast staff were attentive. We’ll definitely come back for a longer visit. A 5-star experience and a must-have experience.
