Collection O 40725 Hotel Mandakini Palace

The toilets and water were filthy, and the staff seemed unqualified to manage a hotel. My gold chain was stolen. The managers said the camera footage showed nothing. This was the worst hotel, and I would never book it again.

Finding the hotel was straightforward with Google Maps, and the rooms have plenty of space. The local staff were nice, with no complaints from me about them. But the rooms weren't clean and the washrooms were awful, and there's no lift, so I wouldn't book it when travelling with parents. If you book through the Oyo app, they may refuse check-in, saying the price is too low, and leave you going back and forth between Oyo and hotel management.

I held my sister's engagement here. It's a nice place for a gathering of about 200, with good ventilation, food facilities, a DJ, and other arrangements. The rooms seemed like three-star rooms to me, even though the hotel is rated two stars. I'd give the hotel three stars myself. It was an okay experience, 3/5, and I'd recommend it.

Breakfast was good, and the staff were cooperative. The rooms are unusually spacious, with each one having its own character, as the building seems to have been converted into a hotel after it was built. Some have large changing rooms with cupboards, and the bathrooms are just as roomy as the bedrooms. A few even have bathtubs. They can arrange small meetings or family functions, and the prices are affordable. The menu lists plenty of dishes, though they don't actually offer everything on it.
