Ajay Singh from FAB was especially helpful and went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. The staff were friendly and supportive, and the place was pretty clean. I do wish the food cost less. The portions can serve two people, but the combo portion isn’t enough for 200 bucks.

The kitchen staff were rude, and when I asked for a painkiller late at night, the hotel couldn’t provide even that. The AC in my room wasn’t working properly, its remote was missing, and maintenance couldn’t fix it. Basic items like towels and toiletries only arrived after I followed up three or four times. They also seemed to avoid giving the complimentary breakfast. On the first day, they offered bread and tea at 08:00 am, saying breakfast wasn’t ready. The next day they asked me to wait another half hour after 08:30am. Their menu says breakfast starts at 07:00 am, but apparently that applies only to paid orders. The kitchen staff treated customers as though they were just after freebies. A very bad hotel, with slow, unprofessional staff.

They’re just trying to make money while giving awful service. Service was extremely slow, and the hotel didn’t seem to have enough skilled staff. Since it’s outside the main city, they should at least offer good food at reasonable prices, but they fall short there too. It’s the worst service I’ve had from a hotel anywhere in India, and I’d never recommend this place. They’re damaging the FAB hotel group’s reputation.

By noon they finally gave us the suite, but the bathroom was dirty, the shower sprayed everywhere except on you, and the cistern leaked. Nothing happened after we reported it. The glass top on the centre table was broken, and the fridge was filthy and didn’t work. We’d told the hotel in advance that we would arrive early, but at first they said no room was available. After we insisted, they put us in a smaller room. At checkout, the counter clerk tried to add a fake or extra food bill and insisted we pay, even though we hadn’t ordered food. Not worth what we paid.
