The towels and blankets were torn and dirty, and the bathroom was so filthy I don't think it ever gets wiped down. I was really disappointed with the service and amenities. They don't have their own kitchen. The complimentary breakfast, which cost around 350 extra, was a small poha that was unhygienic and tasteless, with cold tea served after 9:30. I wouldn't use this place for family or corporate stays. To me, it seemed suited only for hookups and meetups.

Easy to get to, really comfortable, and I felt safe as a woman travelling. The staff were polite and cooperative, and looked after what customers needed. Must visit.

Check-in was smooth, and the staff responded quickly. The rooms were tidy and clean. I had a good stay and highly recommend it.

The separate lift from reception meant privacy was maintained, and there were no distractions. Staff were cooperative and it felt safe. It's a newly built hotel, with professionally designed rooms, ambient lighting and a nice atmosphere. The room was small, about 12x12 ft, and the bathroom 5x12, but both were beautifully done. I had a nice stay here.
