Hotel Ashiyana By OYO Rooms

I booked through Oyo rooms for 1500 and regret not checking the reviews first. These rooms aren't worth 500. The toilets were extremely dirty, the seats broken, and one was leaking. They gave me a torn towel, there was no shower, and the bathroom door wouldn't close properly, leaving a small part open. Be careful if you're staying with family or friends. The foul smell never went away, no matter how much room spray was used, and the staff were extremely rude. This was the worst experience I've had, and the first time I've written a bad review. I don't want anyone else to go through it. I wonder how Oyo can have a hotel in such poor condition. I wish I could post the pictures I took.

The washroom was cramped and in poor condition, and the rooms felt too small for the price. When you shower, water runs into the room instead of draining away, like a tsunami. A really bad stay, the worst hotel I've ever been in.

The staff were polite, which was the only good part. The door key was missing and the washroom doorknob was broken. When I asked them to replace the room, they tried to move me to one that was worse than the first. Check the room before you check in and pay.

I didn't feel it was safe to stay here with family. The bathroom was dirty, the bedsheet was covered in dirty spots, and the staff behaved rudely. One of the worst hotels I've ever visited.
