The food is awesome, and the staff are cooperative. Cleanliness in the rooms is above average. The room itself isn't that good, but if you're looking for a place near the railway station, this one's better than the others nearby. It's a great spot to spend the evening.
The restaurant has only a few choices, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. My room was good, though not quite up to deluxe standard. The location makes it easy to get around, and the hotel is 4.5 km from Kanpur Central railway station.
Just an okay experience, nothing especially bad but nothing to praise either. The staff, particularly the management, need more training.
The bathroom and even the bed were below standard. First they said they wouldn't accept my OYO booking, then asked me to pay extra. When I asked to write my checkout time in the register, they refused, saying that if I made an entry, I had to include my checkout time too. Bad experience. They need to learn some manners.
They advertise on OYO, but when you book through it, they say they can't provide rooms at that rate. They also refused to speak with the OYO service centre. Very disappointing.
