The rooms were leaking and full of mosquitoes, and the place didn't feel safe to me. They'd posted the wrong phone number for The Park hotel chain, and there isn't even a restaurant here. A complete waste of money and I was totally disappointed. I strongly discourage booking this shady place.

We booked the venue for a marriage after the owner made lots of promises. But the service and food quality were third-rate, and we got a lot of criticism because of it. He said the chef was from landmark hotel, but it seemed like he worked at some third-rate dhaba. They served only about half the food items they'd promised.

The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. I also liked the hotel's lobby, it was beautiful and had a warm, inviting feel.

The rooms aren't worth what they charge, and the staff and management were poor and impolite about everything. They charge for facilities, then after you check in tell you those things aren't working. I also suspect the hotel's staff or management posted all the Google reviews. I'd strongly recommend choosing somewhere else.

Really great ambience and everything seemed properly maintained. If you come to kanpur, this is the best place to stay. Highly recommended.
