I ordered kheema biryani and had loose motions starting that night. I think the mutton kheema may not have been fresh. Please don’t order it.

I stayed at Hotel Maitri in Karimnagar for 5 days. The rooms were clean and neat, and breakfast service at crystal restaurant was very good. The team there was supportive. We’ll definitely visit again.

While our guests were waiting for us in the lobby, staff told them to wait outside. The staff and managers behaved unprofessionally and didn’t show our guests respect.

The toilet seats were broken, and the rooms weren’t maintained properly. We had to carry our own luggage and find the rooms ourselves, since there was no porter service. Soap and shampoo weren’t provided unless we asked.
