As someone from Delhi, finding good food and a good experience outside the city can be a challenge. My stay at Prem Plaza Hotel, Karnal was amazing. I really appreciated the food quality and the staff’s behavior. Even the cutlery was high quality, right down to the knife and spoon. Five stars.

The hotel costs a little more, but the quality makes it worth the money. The staff are friendly and cooperative, and there’s dining in addition to the rooms, plus a banquet hall for parties. It also has a lift, smart locks, and a smart key switch system to prevent electricity being wasted.

Went to the sky lounge with friends and loved it. I’d say it’s the best place to go out in Karnal, and their female singer has a pretty good voice 😃

We paid Rs. 25K in advance for the banquet hall and Rs. 5K for hotel room bookings. We canceled the event 8 months before it was due and asked for refunds, but both Managers, Mr. Praveen & Mr. Praveen, have not replied to my email or WhatsApp chat. I want to take this issue to top management. I’ve never seen a more cheating firm. They are not responsible people for Prem Plaza's reputed brand. Thanks, Raj Kumar Sharma, Mehsana - Gujarat.
