The click at reception was classic. I went for lunch with a friend who said the food was wonderful, and he was absolutely right. The service was excellent, the location fantastic, and I had such a pleasant meal. 😋🌟🍽️

The owner seems miserly and lacks basic courtesy. We stayed in a premium room, but they don't provide a heater in winter. Ask for one and you're told there's an extra charge. Even on the terrace, where we asked for a heater near the table, they wanted to charge us again. If they provide AC in summer, why not a heater in winter? It's a basic necessity. The location, staff and food are fine, but this really bothered me.

Our food arrived late and inconsistently. After we'd already ordered for two hours, they told us non-veg food wasn't available, even though we'd been waiting three hours by the time food arrived. The chicken was undercooked, and they'd served us non-veg starters but then said it was sold out for the main course. The fried rice was bland, and they never served the brownie. They said the restaurant was closing in 15 minutes and didn't serve our food.

We were left sitting outside in the cold rain, which made the wait even worse. Service was extremely slow, and after more than an hour we still hadn't received half of what we'd ordered. When the dishes did start coming, they arrived very late and at different times. A really frustrating, poorly managed experience.
