OYO 14177 Hotel HHH

The staff were extremely helpful and cooperative, service was quick, and our clean rooms had no odor. The location was good, and the parking felt safe. But I was extremely disappointed by the facilities. There was no mobile signal anywhere on the property except at reception, and no WiFi either, which is an essential service. The food portions were good, but the preparation wasn't. The so-called balconies had no outside view at all. I also found the cameras covered with napkins everywhere I went on the property, which felt like a serious security issue.

It's right on the highway, so it works well as a stop on the way to Shimla, though it's far from the city. The location is wonderful and the building is well constructed, with good value for money. The food was average, and the view wasn't great. The toilets were in bad shape and poorly maintained, including a blocked washbasin.

My experience was very bad. The bedsheets were dirty, there were no slippers, and they still didn't give me soap after I asked. Some staff members behaved poorly. The TV wasn't working when I checked in, though they got it going after I requested it. The food was good, which is why I'm giving one star. If you're booking through oyo, please check with the hotel staff first. They refused to check us in and said they don't work with oyo.

It's a little far from Shimla, but the place is calm, quiet, and serene. I had a good stay and really liked the made-for-you breakfast and the hospitality. All the staff were friendly and professional. I'd highly recommend it for a getaway.
