The room locks were unreliable, which left me worried about safety. Power kept cutting out, the advertised basics were missing or not working, and room service was slow. Check-in was just as frustrating: although it was meant to be at noon, I waited until about 3 PM for a room and got no clear explanation or apology. Staff kept expecting guests to adjust and seemed more interested in money than helping. I found their attitude unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here until these basic problems are fixed.

Paaji on the night shift at the front desk is so helpful and sweet. Even late at night, he’ll sort out last-minute changes for you. Amazing person.

I’ve never come across a more unprofessional owner and staff in hospitality. They were disrespectful, and it felt like they were running the place as a joke. Haven, heaven, or really HELL, this is at the top of my list of worst hotels. Very disappointing. I’d suggest Ananya, Gautami, or Manor instead.

The bathroom and room both smelled really bad, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work on either of the two days. Staff weren’t professional or willing to help with the smell or Wi-Fi problems. One receptionist wouldn’t even tell me how to reach a manager or find an escalation contact. Worst hotel I’ve visited.

For the price, the rooms aren’t up to standard. Service was poor too, and breakfast didn’t have proper timings.
