The staff were polite, attentive, and quick, making sure we were comfortable and looked after without delay. We spent 4 days at Hotel Ambica in Katra, and the welcome from the staff began as soon as we checked in. They were polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, which made things comfortable and pleasant. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, a good place to unwind after our daily outings. I'd gladly stay again and recommend Hotel Ambica to anyone visiting Katra.

Tarun Sharma and Karnail Singh Ji are the pillars of Ambica Hotel. The hospitality we received from the Ambica executives was wonderful, especially from Tarun Sharma, Karnail Singh Ji and Sanjay Sharma. It's one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Katra, near Vaishnav Devi. Whenever Mata Ji calls us for darshan, I'd always wish to stay at Ambica Hotel. Jai Mata Di 🙏🙏

We found Hotel Ambica clean, well maintained, and serving great food. Its spot near the main Katra market was very convenient for us. The staff were courteous and attentive. Mr. K. Singh deserves a special mention for going out of his way to help us, from booking a car to arranging accommodation at our next destination. I highly recommend it for a comfortable, hassle free stay in Katra.

Mr. Karnail Singh treated us with great care and professionalism, and we felt at home with him. He was generous and kind, gave us warm support, and made sure we got the best service at the hotel. The rooms were very nice too.
