Hotel Bali Resort

The rooms are large and spacious, which is the main positive here, but the value for the price is poor. The air conditioning doesn’t seem strong enough for rooms this size, and the backup power appears inadequate, making interruptions uncomfortable. They don’t provide basic complimentary items like tea bags, coffee sachets, milk powder, or daily bottled water, though many hotels at similar prices do. Service was one of the weakest parts of the stay. Requests needed repeated reminders, staff were slow to respond, and issues rarely got fixed on the first try. Housekeeping needs work too, with little attention to detail. The meal package was disappointing, with no buffet for complimentary lunch or dinner, so there were few choices and the dining experience was less satisfying. For what they charge, I expected more selection and better presentation. Management seemed more focused on keeping rooms occupied than on guest satisfaction. The hotel’s service standards feel outdated, while competitors in the same price range offer much better amenities and customer care. With the delayed service, missing conveniences, limited dining, and poor value, it’s hard to recommend. Travelers may find better options for the same or less unless substantial improvements are made.
