Good rooms and washrooms, especially suited to couples or families. The location is a real plus, with lots of places to eat just a short walk away.

The convenient location made it easy to get to nearby places, and the ambience was pleasant. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Galaxy, and I'd recommend it.

Hotel Galaxy was a pleasure to stay at for two days. The rooms were neat and clean, the staff were nice, and the ambience was good. Main Katra bazar is close by. I'd recommend it to people visiting Katra vaishnodevi.

The attentive staff made the visit comfortable and enjoyable. It's a handy place to stay for visitors to the Vaishno Devi Mandir, just 200 meters from the market. Must try!

The staff were polite when I booked a room. I checked in at midnight and planned to leave at 10 pm that same day because of my train. After I reached the station, I learned the train had been rescheduled for 5 am, so I returned within 30 minutes and checked in again to the same room. At checkout at 4 am, they charged me an extra 300, which didn't seem fair.
