Tasty food, clean rooms, and the room service was the best. They also offer free pickup and drop service. Good hotel.

2/10
The room toilet had no water, and despite asking, we were left with dirty towels that weren’t changed. They charged us for ordinary water, and there was no pickup or drop service. There wasn’t a restaurant either, and the hotel was lacking in cleanliness and maintenance. The manager’s behavior was unacceptable, with foul language and no professionalism. The service, cleanliness, amenities, and value for money were all 1/5. I wouldn’t recommend staying at [Hotel Today at katra] unless they make significant improvements. Avoid it until these problems are addressed.

Nice atmosphere and good service, with nice food too. They were especially helpful with food for my baby.

The food from room service was very tasty, and it arrived quickly. The menu was decent, and all the staff, from the receptionist on, were polite and really helpful. The room itself was decent too. The bedsheet and blanket could have been cleaner, though. It’s a budget-friendly hotel booked through agoda, close to Asia chowk market and the railway station, both about five minutes away. I recommend staying here and experiencing it for yourself. Thank you.
