OYO 5097 Reddison Square

The tea arrived in unclean, substandard cups, which was the most upsetting part of our stay. I’ve attached photos as evidence. The room and bedsheets were in unacceptable condition, and although we’d booked two nights, we were told abruptly to leave within 12 hours. This hotel was extremely disappointing. I’d give negative stars if that were possible, and strongly advise against booking here.

The one bright spot was a food server who was good. Everything else was bad. Food was included, but they only began preparing it when we arrived to eat, and the service was poor. The bathroom light didn’t work, and they never replaced the dirty bedsheet despite repeated requests. The receptionist was rude and wouldn’t listen. I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels, and this was the worst. I don’t recommend it.

We booked rooms 208 and 209 for 12th march 2024. The rooms were highly dirty, the service pathetic, and the price was far too high. The hotel is quiet, but also a long way from the market. An auto will charge around rs 300 to get you there. They promised pickup and drop-off, but no one answered the call when needed. Trip typeFamily. Rooms 1.0, Service 1.0, Location 1.0.

The rooms, including 103 and 106, were clean, and the hotel was close to both the railway station and bus stand. Check-in went smoothly and the staff were friendly. They also provide pickup and drop-off. A fantastic experience overall.
