The price may be lower than other places, but I regretted choosing this hotel. The Wi-Fi never worked, and we had no other way to get a network connection. When we raised it, the manager kept saying it would start working, but it didn't. He was arrogant, rude, and unwilling to accommodate anything. I didn't check the ratings beforehand. If you're reading this, I recommend avoiding the hotel.

The rooms are decent, but the hotel needs a lot of maintenance. I know the rates are low, still they should look after the place. We only got one towel for the entire stay, no matter how long it was. I explained to the staff that without improvements, people won't leave good reviews or recommend the hotel. I hope they take my feedback seriously.

Worst hotel in Katra. The staff are rude and nobody listens when you have a problem. Bakvas hotel, I’ve never had one this bad. And it’s overpriced too. Never stay here.

There are plenty of hotel options, so you don't need to book this one in advance. The room floor, beds, and blankets were dusty, and the whole hotel was empty. Worse, rats came onto our bed at night and got into our food packets. We complained in the middle of the night; they moved us to another room, but I still couldn't sleep peacefully. I changed hotels the next morning. Don't think of staying here.

We arrived late at night and had to head straight out for mata Vaishnov Devi darshan with our group. The rooms were in a pathetic state, with no toiletries. After following up a few times, we got one towel per room and some poor-quality soap. This so-called hotel felt more like a dharmshala. I was disappointed with MakeMyTrip for not showing authentic reviews, and felt thoroughly cheated by both the hotel and MakeMyTrip.
