There wasn’t even drinking water, and staff said they don’t provide it. The beds were stained and dirty, and there were no towels or toiletries. The room was filthy and clearly hadn’t been cleaned. There was no heater either, and staff casually said the boiler only works in the morning. This place misses even basic hospitality standards. Avoid staying here.
The room was damp, with moisture coming through the walls and almirah, and the smell hit as soon as I walked in. It was really dirty, and there was no room freshener. Hot water was available only from 8 am to 9 am, so you have to fit your chores into that hour. The hotel has no kitchen of its own, and food comes from a shop outside.
We had to walk down three floors for drinking water because there was no lift, no water bottles, and no room service for water. They also refused the early check-in even though we had already paid the charge. The receptionist said no rooms were available, then after an unnecessary 15-minute argument gave us the smallest room, which wasn’t suitable for three adults. He repeatedly said he had no information about our booking. No dental kit either. Very disappointing and unprofessional, with serious mismanagement.
The hotel was neat and clean, and the staff handled customers very nicely. Overall, the service was very good.
The toilets were awful, and they didn’t even provide clean drinking water. There was no kettle or toiletries, and the staff couldn’t manage things. Worst hotel ever, they provide you with nothing.
