The Royal Bhumesh

The hotel is well located, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Staff were friendly, service was quick, and we liked the food too. Front office manager Mr Manjeet Sharma was especially gentle and helpful. They also provide free pick-up and drop. Highly recommend.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and we enjoyed the delicious food. There's a spa, and the restaurant on the floor has a mountain view. I stayed with my family, and all the staff were helpful. Special thanks to Mr . Sunil ji. One of the best hotels in katra.

This was disgusting, easily less than one star. We found bed bugs crawling on the headboard, and the sheets were dirty. The pillows were worse, stained black from the bed bugs. We switched rooms three times, but every one was the same, so we left in the middle of the night. The owner argued with us and threatened us over posting a bad review. They also refused a refund. Future customers should know about these conditions. I don't trust the five star reviews, they seem fake. There are much better hotels on the same street, so save your money and stay elsewhere. If your driver recommends this place, I suspect it's because he's getting paid.

Hi Royal bhumesh team Katra. We booked four rooms at royalbhumesh Katra, and had a wonderful stay. The accommodations were fantastic and room service was exceptional. It was a good experience overall. Thanks to Manjeet Sharma ji.
