Special thanks to the SPA team, kajal ji, Darshana ji, and sujeet. The staff throughout ITC Hotel Katra were welcoming and courteous, and the property was well maintained, with comfortable rooms and a great ambiance. Mr Muntizer, the housekeeping Manager, and his team kept everything spotless and well stocked, took care of every detail, and responded promptly. Their attention to cleanliness made the stay even more comfortable. I’d happily recommend ITC Hotel Katra and look forward to staying again.

Mr. Rakesh treated us like family and made each part of the visit feel special. The whole team was warm and attentive, and we felt at home. ITC Katra itself was a treat, with lovely greenery, quiet surroundings, and breathtaking views. Our room was modern, cozy, spotless, and just right for a good rest. This was another gem of a stay for us. Can’t wait to return when Mata Rani calls us again.

It was the staff’s warm, helpful welcome and the tasty food, with enough variety for different tastes, that rounded out the stay. The hotel had a calm, relaxing feel and would suit couples or families. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with big windows bringing in natural light and showing off the scenery. Waking up to fresh mountain air and peaceful views was lovely. The hillside location is beautiful, with breathtaking views and a quiet atmosphere away from everyday bustle. A wonderful stay, and I’d love to visit again.
