Radisson Blu Resort Kumbhalgarh, Beer Ki Bhagal

Kim Bhardwaj deserves a special thank you. She was warm, easy to approach, and helped make the stay even nicer. We had no problems and everything went smoothly. Our Kumbhalgarh staycation at Radisson Blu Resort, Kumbhalgarh was relaxing, with beautiful scenery and delicious food, just as we’d hoped.

The team made us feel at home, and the property has lovely views. Everyone we met was friendly, polite, and proactive, with a real sense of Indian hospitality. Food was the standout. Chef Narendra served consistently excellent meals, from Rajasthani dishes to international food, with great flavor, presentation, and authenticity. He took extra care to make sure we enjoyed it. Manager Ritesh was attentive and on top of the details throughout our stay. His leadership showed in the team, and he handled our needs gracefully, making us feel like VIP guests. We were welcomed warmly and professionally from the moment we arrived. For a visit to Kumbhalgarh, this is a great place to stay.

The resort was peaceful, with breathtaking views, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. Ashwini and harkirat, along with the rest of the staff, were courteous and ready to help. The food and hospitality were great, and it made for a memorable visit. Everyone kindly takes guest feedback. I’d definitely come back.

Mr. Vaibhav Mehta, the Front Office Manager, listened patiently the next morning and handled my complaint fairly and professionally. I’m also grateful to Mr. Rakesh, the Room Division Manager, for getting involved and supporting the resolution. Their cooperative, prompt response and the generous discount showed real concern for guest comfort. The problem started overnight, when the AC in my room wasn’t working properly and I couldn’t sleep comfortably. It was disappointing and inconvenient. Their service recovery made a positive difference, though the AC issue had already affected my stay. Good customer service matters when something goes wrong, and their efforts deserve recognition. Thanks to the whole team for handling it professionally.
