The peaceful atmosphere and handy location made Hotel Castle Inn a nice option for a family or business trip to Khandwa. I found the staff polite and helpful, and my room was spacious, clean, and well cared for. Meals were fresh, tasty, and offered plenty of choice, with fast restaurant service. I had a very comfortable stay and would happily recommend it.

The front desk team made check-in and check-out easy, and they were friendly and quick to help with questions and requests. Housekeeping was attentive, and my clean, comfortable room had a warm, cozy feel. Breakfast offered a fresh mix of local and continental choices, while dinner was satisfying as well. Castle Inn was a pleasant place to stay, and I’d recommend it and like to return.

I’m a regular here, this was my fourth visit, and I’ll keep coming back. The service and food are consistently good. This time, though, the room phone wasn’t working, and the second-floor hallway smelled strongly of smoke. The front desk could use some improvement. Thanks very much.
