Novotel Imagicaa Khopoli

The breakfast was a highlight of our stay from February 28th, 2026, to March 1st, 2026, in room 736. Chef Advait Bharti went out of his way to help with what we needed, and his warm manner and attention to detail stood out. He also helped us with a lost and found query, making sure our concern was addressed. My daughter loved the activities, especially the paid pencil pouch painting and complimentary cupcake decoration. It was our second visit to Novotel Imagica, and the engaging kids’ activities and thoughtful service made it memorable again. The room was well maintained and comfortable, and check-in and check-out were seamless. Thank you for exceeding our expectations. We look forward to coming back to Novotel Imagica soon.

Staying here made our visit to Imagicaa easy, since the hotel is right next to the theme park. The staff were courteous and ready to help, and our room was clean and comfortable. We also found plenty of tasty choices at the breakfast buffet. We had a great experience at Novotel Imagicaa, and it’s a family-friendly choice for a trip to Imagicaa. Highly recommended!

Breakfast had a wide selection and was excellent, though the queues at peak times need better management. The live counters were so crowded that I couldn’t try dosa or uttapa on either day. Staff weren’t proactive about clearing plates, especially for people seated outside the main dining area, and we had to ask several times. We stayed two nights through Club Mahindra, and the comfortable rooms and excellent ambience met our expectations. The check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were helpful, though the welcome could have been better. We spent most of our second day at the Imagica Theme Park, and the stay overall was very comfortable. Check-out was also smooth and fast. Since cars are left in open parking and get quite dusty, cleaning them before returning them would be a nice value addition. We had a very good experience and would love to visit again.

The stay had some good points, but it was average overall, and a few improvements could make the experience better. The playzone for kids had only foam mats, with broken, useless toys. The play area was missing half its games, and 50% of the available ones were chargeable, with nobody around to explain or help guests. The rooms also weren’t very well maintained, and the food felt overpriced for its taste and quantity. Check-in took almost 20-30 minutes each time, so the reception needs more staff. When we arrived, a CEAT manufacturing team event was taking place. Their members shouted bad words at one another. This feels like a family hotel where many guests come with small kids, so management should think about the crowd it caters to. If this is the kind of crowd the property wants to serve, there are other nearby options too.
